Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Plint Technologies ("Plint", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Plint web application at https://app.plint.space and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "Sign up", or otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Eligibility
To use Plint, you must:
- →Be at least 18 years of age.
- →Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
- →Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
- →If using on behalf of an organisation, have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Your Account
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@plint.space of any unauthorised use.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
One Account Per Person: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, trial restrictions, or any other usage policy.
Non-Transferability: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or sublicense access to your account.
The Service
Plint provides an AI-powered interior design platform that enables users to generate realistic visualisations of interior spaces, upload room photos for AI redesign, and explore design styles and arrangements.
Availability: We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users. We will not be liable to you for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
AI Functionality Disclosure
Probabilistic Nature: AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may vary between generations even with identical inputs. Results may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements.
Human Review Required: AI outputs are intended as creative starting points and design inspiration, not as professional specifications. All outputs should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in actual construction, renovation, or purchasing decisions.
Not Professional Advice: Plint is a creative tool and is not a substitute for professional interior design, architectural, structural, or construction advice. We strongly recommend consulting licensed professionals for actual projects.
AI Training: We do not use your uploaded images or design prompts to train AI models without your explicit, separate opt-in consent. You can manage this setting in Account Settings.
Credits & Billing
Credit System: Plint operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when you perform AI generations and other compute-intensive operations. The credit cost of each operation is displayed before you confirm.
Payment: All purchases are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as applicable and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Non-Refundable Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law — including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) — or at our sole discretion in the case of a demonstrable service error attributable to Plint.
Credit Expiry: Credits do not expire while your account remains active. Upon account termination, unused credits are forfeited.
Price Changes: We may change pricing with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification.
Failed Generations: If a generation fails due to a server-side error attributable to Plint, the credits consumed will be automatically restored to your account.
Intellectual Property & Output Ownership
Our Intellectual Property
Plint and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, design, algorithms, trademarks, and underlying AI models. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.
Your Ownership of AI Outputs
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the AI-generated design outputs produced from your prompts and uploads. You may use, reproduce, distribute, and display these outputs for personal and commercial purposes.
⚠ Important
AI-generated outputs may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with intellectual property law, including verifying that outputs do not infringe third-party rights. We make no representations about the copyright status of AI-generated content.
Licence to Plint: By uploading content, you grant Plint a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.
User Content
You are solely responsible for all images, prompts, text, and other content you upload or submit to Plint ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- →You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
- →The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- →The content does not violate any applicable law, including privacy laws.
- →You have obtained all necessary consents from individuals depicted in uploaded images.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms without notice.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Plint to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLINT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PLINT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 10,000 (TEN THOUSAND RUPEES).
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not fully apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plint and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Termination & Suspension
By You: You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. Deletion will result in removal of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service. We will provide notice where practicable.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and indemnification — will continue to apply.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Informal Resolution: Before commencing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@plint.space and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Applicable Laws: These Terms are read in conjunction with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any other applicable Indian legislation.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to your registered address) and by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
